We have embarked on this journey with a mission to impart excellent training that brings about a change in behaviour and enhances the skill sets which meet the needs of learners and organizations alike there by creating growth for individuals and organization as well.

 Lighthouse Training Academy which is an HR  and Training consulting firm ,was set up in the year 2014. It was founded by its Director Mehernosh Bazun Dittia whose last corporate assignment  was as Vice President HR & L&D at Max Healthcare Delhi .LTA and its team of consultants & facilitators brings years of work experience in the areas of consulting, change management, organizational development, experiential learning, sales, customer service,Career Wellness and Life counselling, HR and training. They have  worked and engaged with clients across industries and functions in the areas of employee engagement, recruitment, talent management , performance management, Managerial capability development, Behaviour management, product and process related trainings as well. LTA also specialises in training young students at the post graduate level to move from campus to industry. LTA has had engagements with various industries such as Banking, Oil and Gas, Railways , Steel, Insurance, IT, ITES, Travel , Logistics, FMCG, Police , Hospitality, Healthcare, retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automobiles, Office Automation, 

We have senior consultants and facilitators emplaned with Lighthouse Training Academy for both management training as well as for the drone related training and services. All of them are experts in their own fields and come with rich industry experience in people development and organizational development which collectively bring years of corporate and training  experience to the table.We also have our own corporate training retreat and centre which is spread over 3.5 acres in the Moianabad area about 40 Km out of Hyderabad. It is exclusively used for training of all kinds, especially team building and experiential learning as well as strategic workshops that are conducted by corporatesLighthouse Training Academy is very focused on customising programs for its clients with no compromise on quality. Traveling of its facilitators to any part of the country and overseas. Collaborating with clients on a long term basis and building a relationship for continual growth is paramount.
