Mehernosh Bazun Dittia has over 3 decades of work experience of which 25 years in the field of HR, learning & development, talent development, quality and service excellence. He is the founder & Director of Lighthouse Training Academy which is a HR , People Development Training & OD consulting firm. Until the year 2020 Light House Training Academy has also been a UAV (Drone) pilot training, testing and certification institute which has trained over 40 pilots in the year 2019.
Mehernosh is a certified RPAS Pilot ( Drone) and instructor with over 100hrs of flight time.
He has been involved in strategy and deployment with the top management of companies he has worked with in areas of HR recruitment, employee engagement, service excellence, performance management, service quality and talent development and training. He has been a learning and development consultant where he has provided end to end learning solutions to many industries. His last corporate assignment was with Max Healthcare Institute as Vice President Talent Development. He has consulted and trained for corporate clients across sectors like insurance, railways, oil & gas, banking, IT, ITES, Telecom, Retail & Healthcare. He has been a senior facilitator in companies like Microsoft, Reliance Telecom, Vertex, IBM Daksh, SBI, RBI, Bharat Overseas Bank, Standard Chartered Bank , Indian Railways and Coca Cola , Mitsubishi, Signode India to name a few. He has been associated with educational institutes such as Amity, Skyline Business School, Brooks University, Inlead Business School, ISTTM (Hyd) and VJIM (Hyd). In his long career he has worked with varied industries like office automation, Cargo, Travel & Tourism, logistics, Learning solutions, ITES, Telecom, Retail and healthcare. He has been associated with brands such as Godrej, Gati cargo, Travel corporation of India, NIS Sparta, Airtel , Vanguard Ltd (BPO), Aditya Birla Retail & Max Healthcare. He has also been a visiting faculty at business schools and technical institutes. Associated with groups such as National Skill Development Council (NCDC) in the telecom and healthcare sector, ISTD and HMA ( Hyderabad management Association. He is post graduate in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and MBA in marketing from Indian Institute of Marketing . He also has key certifications to his credit such as Certified internal auditor for ISO 9000 Quality Management by TQMI as (Recognized by IRCA),and also diploma holder in quality and processes by Total Quality Management. He is an assessor of Organizational performance framework and assessment -the Malcom Baldrige way and certified DISC analyst “Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst” (CPBA). He is also certified NLP practitioner.
