Pratima Chaudhary is an HR and Learning & Development professional with work experience crossing
over 23 years. She has been a successful recruiter before moving full time into Training and People
Development which is also her passion.

She is a post graduate in Management with a Diploma in HR who firmly believes in continuous growth
by self study and learning. Pratima has worked with big names like Thermax, Praj, Akersolutions, Kumar
Motors, Petrofac and Accenture etc. She has done many interventions as a L&D professional in both the
education and corporate arena.

She has done many interventions in areas such as Behavorial and soft skill where she has facilitated for a
range of audiences in topics such as 7 habits of a teenager, Campus to corporate, Value Alignment,
Relationship Audits Interpersonal skills, Customer service and other customized programs.

Pratima is a content designer and developer customized to the needs of the client. She has also worked in
a more social area where she has worked with parents to handle teenage issues. Women empowerment
and working on work life balance is another skill set that she has to her credit. She is currently a faculty
with Lala lajpatrai college for Tourism Courses.

Pratima runs her own company called “Recruits” which works in collaboration with Brainchild – “Brainy
kids “ for brain enhancement in kids between 6-16 yrs. Dance therapy is one more of her important
services that she offers to students and corporates alike. She works with students at the post graduate level
to prepare them to move from Campus to Industry.
